4. Safety & Violence

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Glorification of violent acts

• Promotion of extremist or terrorist organizations

Contextual discussions (e.g., news reporting, educational content) may be allowed at our discretion.

5. Self-Harm & Suicide

We do not allow:

• Content that promotes self-harm

• Suicide encouragement

• Content romanticizing self-destructive behavior

Supportive discussions seeking help may be allowed and encouraged.

6. Adult & Sexual Content

Anakrio is not intended as an adult platform.

Prohibited content includes:

• Pornographic material

• Explicit sexual acts

• Sexual exploitation

• Non-consensual intimate imagery

• Sexual content involving minors

Educational or artistic content may be reviewed case-by-case.

7. Child Safety

We have zero tolerance for:

• Sexual content involving minors

• Grooming behavior

• Exploitative interactions

• Child abuse material

Such violations will result in immediate account termination and possible legal reporting.

8. Spam, Manipulation & Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Send unsolicited mass messages

• Use automated bots to manipulate engagement

• Artificially inflate followers or reactions

• Conduct phishing campaigns

• Operate coordinated fake accounts

Platform integrity is critical to community trust.

9. Impersonation & Deceptive Practices

Users must represent themselves truthfully.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Impersonating another person

• Pretending to represent an organization

• Creating misleading profiles

• False verification claims

Parody accounts must clearly identify themselves as parody.

10. Intellectual Property

You must only post content you have the right to share.

This includes:

• Images

• Videos

• Music

• Text

• Trademarks

We comply with intellectual property laws and may remove infringing content upon notification.

11. Privacy & Personal Data

Users may not publish:

• Private addresses

• Phone numbers

• Government IDs

• Financial information

• Private communications without consent

Doxxing and unauthorized data sharing are strictly prohibited.

12. Reporting Violations

Anakrio provides reporting tools to flag content that violates these Guidelines.

Users may report:

• Posts

• Comments

• Profiles

• Messages

Reports are reviewed internally. Repeated abuse of reporting tools may result in action.

13. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations may result in:

• Warning notices

• Content removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account ban

• IP restrictions

• Legal action where necessary

We reserve the right to act without prior notice in serious cases.

14. Moderation Discretion

Anakrio retains sole discretion to:

• Determine whether content violates guidelines

• Remove content that poses risk

• Limit account functionality

• Restrict access in certain jurisdictions

Moderation decisions are made in good faith to protect the platform and its users.

15. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Anakrio.

We may remove accounts that do not meet age requirements.

16. Platform Integrity

Users must not:

• Reverse engineer the platform

• Interfere with platform security

Such behavior may result in permanent removal and legal action.

17. Content Visibility & Algorithmic Distribution

• Is low-quality spam

This does not necessarily constitute a violation but may affect reach.
